Michael DiVita is a Californian, an alumnus of Loyola High School, Santa Clara and California State Universities. He grew up in Beverly Hills and began his mortgage career in Westwood. After several years he moved to San Diego where he started the company, DiVita Home Finance Inc. He later married and relocated with his family to San Francisco. He has firsthand knowledge of Southern and Northern California real estate and business associates throughout the state.
Mark Latini is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara, where he earned a degree in Business / Economics. Mark began his mortgage career in 1997 working as a loan officer with Marina Mortgage, a direct lender in Irvine, CA. After a few years of learning the ins and outs of the business Mark joined a small local mortgage broker, Geneva Capital Network, in Huntington Beach CA and learned the broker side of the industry. In 2005 Mark came on board with Divita Home Finance. His 14 years of experience in FHA, VA, and conventional lending both as a direct lender and a broker allow him to provide his clients with a handful of lending options.
