The Improving Markets Index (IMI) released the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and First American stating that all 50 states are improving and were able to receive representation. Compared to last year it was only 36 states represented.
The IMI grew from 242 markets in January to 242 in February.
A state is considered improving if over a 6 month period, metro areas show improvement in housing permits, employment and house prices.
