Matt’s success as a property manager is founded on the core value of advocating the best interest of his clients. He is able to do so by providing his clients with a team that is ready to work along side owners to grow their bottomline cashflow. Clients have come to rely on Matts’ fundamental knowledge of property management, background in finance and strong customer service skills. Matt is an Associate Member of the Beverly Hills Realtor’s Association allowing him to better represent his multi-family clients.
Matt Williams served as a real estate investment advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale of multifamily properties throughout Los Angeles County. Matt was a member of the Wallace Team. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Williams worked as an analyst and Assistant Vice President at Capmark where he analyzed over $390 million in loan requests for 25 plus multifamily properties totaling over 6,600 units. As an Assistant Vice President, he focused on originating Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac debt.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in International Business with a minor in Mathematics from Pepperdine University. He also holds a Real Estate Brokers License from the California Department of Real Estate. Matt is very passionate about contributing time to mentoring underprivileged youth in the LA area. He spends a great deal of his free time working with the homeless on Skid Row.
