James has been the Government Affairs Director for Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles
Association of Realtors since 1995.
In addition, he currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles County Business
Federation and the Board of the Business Federation Political Action
Committee (PAC).
James is a 32 year resident of West Hollywood where he’s served on the Planning Commission
and as President of the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.
