Darryl is the 100% owner of TDC/Pacific Properties, Inc. Formed in 1997 TDC/Pacific Properties, is a Southern California based real estate company involved in the purchase and resale of single and multi-family residential properties. Much of Assets purchased are either held for investment purposes or improved and sold for a profit. Darryl’s company’s niche for the acquisition of these properties is through Trustee Sales held at the court house steps.
