Gregg attributes his sales success to always being alert to the right investment while being concerned for the seller’s comfort. Besides the extensive infrastructure and institutional advertising program the Coldwell Banker Company provides, Gregg has tailored his own marketing program. Each new listing is immediately submitted to the Multiple Listing Service. The property is then held open on Tuesday caravan. Gregg encourages Sunday open-houses, re-caravanning the property on a monthly basis and following up with agents who have shown the property for their client’s feedback. Often color leaflets are prepared to market the property when appropriate.
Gregg has developed an extensive network of Residential and Estate brokers from Malibu to Beverly Hills and has created a mailing list of these brokers to personally keep them aware of the current inventory that he maintains. This practice creates renewed activity and interest for Gregg’s listing.
Gregg believes that frequent communication with his client is critical. When listing a property, Gregg provides a status report every two weeks listing the recent activity in the relevant market, all showings and inquiries on the listed property, feedback from other agents and potential buyers and a description of the advertising program.
Gregg is a featured guest on “Local Power Players: LA’s Local Experts Discuss Today’s Trends and Policies” on Saturday February 25th from 3-4pm.
