Matt Theriault, an investor, educator and founder of epic professionals, and Jeff Coga, a real estate entrepreneur, author, trainer, President of Capital Redevelopment Group and owner of True F.I.R.E., will appear on the Call Toni Show this week. A fifth-generation California native and Desert Storm Veteran (USMC), Matt has worked as a full-time real estate professional since 2003. All are proven strategies that he used when he had to reinvent himself after hitting rock bottom in his mid 30’s. He chronicled this journey in his first book, Do Over, which was released in the Fall of 2010 to rave reviews. Matt is donating the first $200,000 raised to new housing for a family displaced by Hurricane Katrina.
At nineteen Jeff sold his first home and he has been amassing real estate and investing experience since then. His company, Capital Redevelopment Group is dedicated to the development of successful real estate solutions for both families and investors in Los Angeles County. They participate in a wide variety of investment strategies from rehabbing and flipping, back to back closings, and wholesaling properties. Jeff will pull from his experience to answer the biggest mistakes new investors make and what acquisition strategies he finds most successful.
