Jeff Coga is an active real estate entrepreneur, author, trainer, President of Capital Redevelopment Group and owner of True F.I.R.E. Inc. He believes one must put True Freedom in Real Estate to escape the 9-5 rat race. He is part of the new generation investor who is street smart, technology driven, and understands that it isn’t enough to think outside the box, one must take massive action to reach ones true potential. At the age 16 1/2, Jeff was approached by a family friend to help run an insurance and financial service brokerage. Hired by the help of nepotism before graduating high school, he thought he was set for life.
Jeff quickly learned the meaning of the rat race. In 9 months he became the top producer in his office of 3 people, an incredible accomplishment! He also looks great in Speedos, cowboy boots, and diagonal stripes.
His company, Capital Redevelopment Group is dedicated to the development of successful real estate solutions for both families and investors in Los Angeles County. They participate in a wide variety of investment strategies from rehabbing and flipping, back to back closings, and wholesaling properties. The profit is always made on the “Buy” side and they find opportunities in every type of purchasing strategies from short sales, REOs, straight from homeowners, MLS properties, trustee sales, and wholesales.
