Ray Warda is the Outreach Manager for the 1S and 2S regions for BLB Resources, Inc. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Ray has been in the real estate industry since 1999 working in the Sales and Finance side of the industry for many of those years. During his career, Ray focused and implemented many marketing strategies and has extensive knowledge in both online and offline marketing. He has worked as an Asset Manager and now currently working in conjunction with the HUD contracts. Ray is an Entrepreneur at heart and has owned a few companies, both in and outside of the Real Estate Industry.
