Dino is a native to South Orange County, and developed his business acumen at an early age as he was raised in his family’s network of restaurants. Now in his 16th year of mortgage banking, Dino ranks in the Top 500 Loan Consultants in the U.S.
A graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Public Relations, Dino provides firsthand experience behind his counsel, having managed and owned a real estate investment portfolio that spanned the United States. Dino is married with three children and lives in South Orange County, close to family and church, the foundation of his character.
Nelson is beginning his 28th year in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining the First Centennial Mortgage team was the Founder, Owner, and CEO of National Preferred Mortgage, a real estate finance company with over a billion dollars of personally originated mortgage transactions. Heplayed tennis at both the collegiate professional levels, holding a world ranking in both singles and doubles on the ATP World Tour. An active coach with the Men’s Tennis Team at his alma mater, UC Irvine, he also served as a coach on the professional level with World TeamTennis’ Newport Beach Breakers Franchise. Married with two children, Nelson is an active member of Saddleback Church and resides in Laguna Beach California.
