Toni Patillo is a successful businesswoman, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, blogger and host of Call Toni Real Estate Radio, a weekly radio show broadcast in the Greater Los Angeles Area on Clear Channel’s The Patriot AM 1150.
Ms. Patillo is also the Principal and Broker of Record for Toni Patillo & Associates, a Residential and Commercial Real Estate Listing Company whose expertise is in the liquidation of properties for people who “must sell not by choice”; and is also the Principal and Broker for LA City Short Sales, a Listing and Negotiations Company that is dedicated to assisting distressed property owners. The company services a large pipeline of properties on a monthly basis.
Combining her background and experience in real estate finance with her personal mission to support people struggling to make difficult real estate and financial decisions, Ms. Patillo’s radiobroadcast provides a balanced and educational view of the current real estate and financial markets. The radio program showcases expert guests from all corners of the real estate market to educate a diverse audience, providing listeners with tools for positive change.

Ms. Patillo’s own story is an inspiring one. Toni matriculated from the University of Washington, receiving her degree in business administration and finance. In the early eighties Ms. Patillo was called away from corporate life to Los Angeles, California, where she managed her sister’s singing career and toured extensively across the U.S. and the Pacific Rim.
Blending her love for entertainment and finance, Ms. Patillo became Investment Manager at Dick Clark Productions, where she was instrumental in taking the company public. After five productive years with Clark, Ms. Patillo was recruited to Motown Productions as a liaison between entertainment legends Berry Gordy and Suzanne de Passe.
Motown was quick to recognize Ms. Patillo’s talents. Starting as financial analyst, she quickly rose to the role of Director of Finance and Administration. Ms. Patillo was aggressive in helping grow the world famous motion picture company to new levels alongside Suzanne de Passe and colleague Suzanne Coston. de Passe Entertainment credits include countless critically acclaimed series, including Emmy award-winning “Lonesome Dove” and hit television series “Sister-Sister”.
After an electric 15 year career with de Passe Entertainment, Ms. Patillo jumped on her entrepreneurial spirit and love of people to open a weight management body salon named Madame et Monsieur in Pasadena, California. Madame et Monsieur promoted a holistic approach to weight management, body toning, and total wellness.
Featured in CBS Special Assignment, Spa Magazine, Heart & Soul Magazine, and more, the salon’s stunning success brought a great deal of personal satisfaction. More importantly, it inspired Ms. Patillo’s realization of her passion for empowering clients.
After selling Madame et Monsieur, Ms. Patillo began coaching individuals and companies to reach beyond themselves to achieve extraordinary goals. Ms. Patillo works with some of the most recognized names in the health and beauty, entertainment, sports and real estate industries.
Currently Broker of Record for Keller Williams Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades Market Centers, Ms. Patillo serves as a member on the ALC (Associate Leadership Council aka Board of Directors) for the KW Santa Monica Market Center, the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors, the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, the Malibu Association of Realtors, the South Bay Association of Realtors, the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, the San Diego Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and CDPE, a Nationwide Real Estate Institute and Network that specializes in distressed property matters. Ms. Patillo has multiple certifications and designations in distressed properties, including bank owned properties (REO’s), probates, pre-foreclosures and short sales.
At the KW Market Centers, Ms. Patillo oversees the sales production of just under 300 sales agents. She has consistently achieved the top 1% of all Sales Professionals within both the Prudential and Keller Williams national networks. She is a recipient of the 2011 Quadruple Gold International Medallion Award and has been named Millionaire Systems Innovator of the Year for the masterful implementation of her short sale business model.
While her specialty is listing residential housing, Ms. Patillo is known as the “Go to Strategist” for all standard, traditional and distressed real estate including short sales, probate, trust, bankruptcy, divorce, reverse mortgages, luxury short sale liquidation and the multi-family marketplace as well. Her skills have expanded and now include commercial and investor real estate.
As she promotes personal and financial freedom, Ms. Patillo’s motto remains “empower those around you and the success is sure to follow.” Ms. Patillo presents the qualities instilled in her by her parents, both civil rights activists in the Pacific Northwest, by sharing her accomplishments and beliefs, and promoting self-love, self healing and self care to others.
