John Larocca, President of LaRocca Inspection Associates, Benjamin Conn, Founder of Rite Fast Construction, and Mark Hernandez, CEO of Center Termite & Pest Control, Inc., will be guests on the Call Toni show this week. The show will air Saturday, October 26th at 3pm PT on KTLK AM1150. Listeners not in the Los Angeles area may stream the show from KTLK’s site http://ktlkam1150.com. Mark will discuss the damages termites can cause to your home and why you shouldn’t take care of them on your own. Benjamin will discuss the dangers of hiring an unlicensed contractor and will share some tips for people to use when working with a contractor. John will discuss the importance of a home inspection.

John LaRocca is currently the President of LaRocca Inspection Associates. John also educates buyers, sellers and real estate professionals on the property inspection process delivering approximately 120 seminars a year. He has written many articles for the Daily News & other local papers and his company has been featured in a variety of radio and television shows including Bravo TV’s hit show “Million Dollar Listing”.

Benjamin Conn was born, raised and currently lives in Venice Beach, California. Getting involved in the local real-estate market, acquiring small houses and apartment buildings is where his roots are firmly planted. Benjamin Conn started his career in construction and remodeling more than 35 years ago in 1982. At the age of 15, Benjamin got his start through painting, plumbing, repairing fences and installing doors and windows. This led Benjamin to create Rite Fast Construction, currently building and remodeling homes and apartment buildings in the Los Angeles Area.

Mark Hernandez grew up in Downey, California where both of his parents were in the termite industry. At a very young age, Mark spent summers on crew trucks learning the ins and outs of the termite industry. After graduating from Downey High School, Mark studied college courses but knew that his passion was in the termite industry with an ultimate goal of taking over the family business. In 2005 Mark accomplished his goal and with his family’s blessing, took over Center Termite & Pest Control, Inc. as CEO.
