Darryl White – CEO of TDC Pacific Properties

 

Darryl White is the CEO of TDC Pacific Properties, Inc. a real estate investment and property management firm established in 1996 located in Marina del Rey.

 

Mr. White initially gained real estate experience as a CA Real Estate Attorney with experience managing major real estate deals for major corporations and high volume real estate investors. In 1996, Mr. White stopped practicing Real Estate law and became a full time real estate investor and founded TDC Pacific Properties to purchase foreclosure properties

 

 

 

TDC specializes in purchasing single and multi-family properties at the LA County Trustee Sales where bank foreclosures are sold at a very fast paced and highly competitive auction for below market prices.

 

TDC is one of LA County’s highest producers of residential real estate transactions. TDC owns and manages a large portfolio of properties in 3 states.
