City Short Sales has co-authored and released a free book online entitled Should I Short Sale My Home providing helpful strategies to avoid foreclosure for homeowners who are behind on their mortgage payments.

She says the new e-book is designed to provide facts and helpful real estate information for owners who are facing difficult financial situations.
