Attorney Natella Royzman has represented individual and business debtors, creditors, bankruptcy trustees and third parties in a wide range of bankruptcy matters. Her experience includes representation of:- Individuals, families and businesses in liquidation, reorganization and litigation- Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Trustees in all aspects of case administration, litigation and collections- Creditors’ interests in bankruptcy proceedings- Debtors and creditors in connection with state court litigation, including foreclosure and breach of guarantee actions, attachments, and receiverships
Natella attended one of the top rated law schools in the country and the first law school established in
California – the University of California, Hastings College of the Law – where she received honors for her skills in negotiation and settlement. While in law school she worked as a judicial extern for the Hon. Samuel L. Bufford, United States Bankruptcy Judge. She also spent a summer working as an intern for the Office of the United States Trustee – the branch of the United States Department of Justice responsible for overseeing and supervising the bankruptcy process. Following law school Natella worked as an attorney with a longstanding bankruptcy boutique and then at a large Los Angeles law firm.
