“Selling LA” with HGTV Star Kennon Earl

Kennon Earl and his family have been in residential real estate sales management, and development for over 40 years in southern and northern California. His passion for real estate came at a young age while working in his father’s sales office. This later translated into personal success through buying improving and turning over multiple properties. All of this has taught him where to buy, how to negotiate and how to build an investment for the most discriminating clients. Kennon and his team have been consistently ranked the highest producer’s for Keller Williams Beverly Hills and his team earned the honor of “Number One” in their region.

After building his brand and making his mark in the real estate world, Kennon was approached by HGTV to star in the real estate reality series “Selling LA”. When the first season of “Selling LA” aired it quickly became a network hit.  With four seasons of shooting completed the show captures international audiences and incredible exposure for his clients’ properties. As a breakout, Kennon was chosen by Audi to do a national commercial spot and has appeared on such shows as “Good Day LA” and most recently has become a contributing editor to Beverly Hills Lifestyle Magazine.

Born and raised in California, Kennon lived primarily in Newport Beach and finished High School in MarinCounty. He attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where he studied communications and has been residing in Los Angeles for the past 21 years.

Prior to working in Real Estate, he worked in marketing for Twentieth Century Fox and the fashion and retail

businesses, where he held Marketing, Communications and Buying positions in New York and Los Angeles for

retailers that include Giorgio Armani, Barneys New York and GUESS.

An avid spin/indoor cycling fan, heteaches classes for pleasure and charitable fundraisers for such charities as Habitat for Humanity. He has served on the Board of Governors for the OtisSchool of Art and Design, assisted in the production of Divine Design, and an Academy Awards eventbenefiting The AIDS Healthcare Foundation.
