Steven A. Lappin has been building residential, commercial, and light industrial structures for over 13 years throughout Southern California.
As President of Pacific Cove Development, he oversees land acquisition, product design, project entitlement, construction, and customer service. Some of the company’s current projects include design/build single family homes in Brentwood, Malibu, and Santa Monica, a LEED for Homes Santa Monica townhome community, a 25,000 square foot Santa Monica Landmark restoration, and a 20,000 square foot commercial facility retrofit in Watts.
Products in the planning stages include new, Santa Monica townhomes, a new, custom single family home in Malibu, new, single family homes in Carlsbad, and multiple retail sites and commercial properties throughout Los Angeles County.
Steven is a Licensed General Contractor, a Certified Green Building Professional, a member of the Building Industry Association, and holds degrees from both University of California, Berkeley and University of Chicago.
