Talking “Multi-Billion,Muti-Family Complexes” with Rosey Miller

Rosey Miller, CEO and co-founder of Regional Investment & Management, has been a nationally recognized leading real estate professional for 25 years and has consummated over $1 billion in real estate transactions.  He is responsible for the company’s vision, strategy and investment activities.

 

Rosey served as Executive Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield where he was responsible for advising multi-billion dollar companies including Citibank, Smith Barney, Rand Corporation, Estee Lauder Company, Entravision Communications and Allianz Insurance.  Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he served as Senior Managing Director with Studley Inc., an international real estate advisory firm.  Rosey ranked consistently among the top real estate advisors in the company.  He also served as Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services in Los Angeles.

 

Rosey earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and attended West Coast University’s MBA program.  He is a member of National Multihousing Association, Texas Apartment Association, Greater Dallas Apartment Association and the San Antonio Apartment Association.  Rosey has served on the board of several non-profit organizations some of which include: Los Angeles Regional Foodbank,

National Multiple Sclerosis Society, University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Extension Advisory Board and The Archer School.
