beachside community and the premiere authority when it comes to Venice real estate. She’ll be sharing her personal take on how the area has– and is– changing, and what contributes to the recent commercial boom. And as an ex Rock night club owner and Venice local, you know she has some amazing stories.
We’re also very privileged to have Steve Lappin, the President of Pacific Cove Development joining us. Steve’s company specializes in smart and sustainable building development, ie “green” buildings. Toni recently sold a property build by Pacific Cove, an LEED certified project that was built from start to finish with environmentally friendly methods. These properties are a sight to see, the innovation and technology they’re equipped with is amazing! Steve will tell us how Pacific Cove undertakes building “green” plus, share some tips with the consumers about fixes they can make to their home that may save them big on taxes and utilities.
